What we're looking for:
We're looking for an AI Engineer / Data Analyst to help us build intelligent systems that power our business marketplace platform.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement AI/ML models for business valuation and matching
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights
- Build data pipelines and ETL processes
- Collaborate with product team to integrate AI features
- Optimize model performance and accuracy
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or data analysis
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience with data visualization tools and SQL
- Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fintech or marketplace platforms
- Knowledge of NLP and recommendation systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Contributions to open-source ML projects
